Autobiography:
Before I got to be a beastly adult, I was a beastly baby. I was born at exactly 10 o'clock in the morning of April 8, 1975.
The middle child in a brood of 5, my mother said I started making life hell 24 hours before I was even born. She started laboring 10AM of the previous day, and the
hospital staff said I was the biggest baby they ever saw (11 lbs.! take that!!!). I was also told that
when I was a baby, I turn into an ugly shade of purple when I cry. This made my family really upset everytime I'm in the verge of bawling so they were forced to give in to
my every whim which resulted to me growing up into the spoiled little princess that I am now...
My earliest memory was of me tagging along to shop for school things for my brothers and my cousins and bawling my heart out inside National Book Store when I realized
they're not buying me anything since I'm not going to school yet, anyway. Well, you probably have an idea of what happened next. I ended up having my first set of notebooks, pencils and crayons and my very
own school bag at the age of 3! The ultimate solution to getting your way - when all else fails, bawl!
Two years later, I was finally enrolled in a quaint little playschool called Jack & Jill Kindergarten. By this time, my mom was already on the verge of a nervous breakdown
and in desperate need of some peace and quiet. So there, with my cute little bag and my cute little pencil case, off I went to that cute little playschool.... and proceeded to make life hell for everybody else
outside of my family.
I spent my grade school years in Assumption School of Antipolo - a catholic school. It's an exclusive school for girls run by nuns educating little devils such as myself. During the first grade, I got to have a silly, better-than-me-when-it-comes-to-looking-for-trouble girl for a friend.
Her name's Francesca "Chikay" Barredo. Her mother's a stage actress and was involved with a couple of really good theater projects that time.
So, ta-da! A couple of months later, I got to be on the stage of Metropolitan Theater playing one of the orphans in "Annie".
High school, I went to Our Lady of Peace School. Yes, another catholic school. BUT! We have BOYS!!! So it was kinda more exciting. Here is where I started honing my talents and skills to perfection (I don't know why I bothered to since after I graduated they decided to wilt and die anyway).
I was in a million and one clubs- Glee Club, Badminton Club, Speech and Drama Club, Spelling Club, etc. etc. Name a club, any club... I'm there. Well, except Math Club. I DO hate math!!!
I got to be captain of the cheering squad on my 2nd and 3rd year and held the rank of Lt. Col. as Battalion Commander of the
Citizen Army Training (CAT) when I graduated in 1992. I also ranked 6th in the 10 Most Outstanding Students Awardees (I don't know how the hell that happened!) and oh! I was Best Speller for 3 consecutive years (2nd-4th).
Not that any of those did me any good in the long run, but well... they'll be good to remember in about 40 years from now (if i can go that far, which isn't likely).
*yawns* well, i'm kinda sleepy now so i'll continue this later...
